Enrollment Information

Click the link above to get your 2008 membership enrollment form for the Montgomery County Maryland Chapter of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.). Chapter memberships are annual and must be renewed in the last quarter of each year. Members who joined the Chapter between October 1, 2007, and December 31, 2007, are considered paid for 2008 and will not have to renew their memberships until January, 2009.

Membership in a local chapter, such as the Montgomery County Maryland Chapter, is in addition to your membership in National H.O.G. All Chapter members must be current members of National H.O.G. If you need to renew your National H.O.G. membership, you may do so online at www.hog.com or by calling 1-800-CLUBHOG (1-800-258-2464).

Please print out the form, fill in the requested information, sign and date the release and have it witnessed, and mail it with your dues to the following address:

Or deliver it in person to the Chapter Treasurer at the next Chapter meeting.

Chapter dues for 2008 will be $17.00. Members will receive their newsletter electronically or via the Chapter website. However, hardcopies will be available at Rockville Harley-Davidson.

A few reminders:

• Verify your National H.O.G. number and provide your expiration date.
• Make sure we have your current e-mail address (write legibly).
• Read, sign and date the release.
• Have a witness sign and date the release.
• Enclose your dues. Checks should be made payable to "Montgomery County H.O.G".
